They do great work. I've seen a number of their pieces. I've also known Mac for a number of years. He's a great guy.

I have an early 70s Mac's 45 shop 1911
It is a colt 70 series with comp. very nice and shoots great. There is reference to Mac's 45 Shop in Bill Wilson's book on the Combat Auto. The e is even a picture of him with a Mac's 45 Shop sponsor shirt on while shooting, so i assume prior to building his own guns Wilson must have shot thes... I've had the pleasure of having Mac Scott work on a Colt .380 a couple of years back. He has since retired and basically doesn't do anymore gun smithing.
