If you want once fired brass I would check with your local ranges, I buy from one of mine if I need any, it's like $6-$8 per 100 for .380.
9mm is $35/1000, guess they are overflowing with it.
For new brass starling is about the cheapest and of good quality as well, online retailers such as grafs, midsouth, etc. will have it.

For small quantities as you are seeking, shipping will be more than the cost of the brass. Far better to seek locally, and to put your location in your post.
I'd check with local ranges, gun shows, facebook local trade pages. Some gun stores even carry used brass that THEY buy from ranges. You can also check Criagslist, but you have to make quick contact, as my reloading posts usully get flagged pretty quick even though they are compliant.
