All of these due out in 4th quarter of this year:

1. Raging Bull in .500 s&w mag/.500 spec., in 2, 4, 6, and 10" bbls (yes, a TWO incher is included. ).

2. The "Triad" line of revolvers, which shoot all 3: 9mm, .357 mag, and .38 spec., both in the compact frame (tracker), and the small frame (900/85 series):

and

3. The 4410 Trackers, in .45 Colt / .410 shotshell revolvers, available in 2.5 or 6" bbls:

Somehow I think I'm going to end up with one from each category before it's all said and done. Wonder what the bore size of the Triad will be - split the difference and go .3565? - wonder how the accuracy of the 9x19 will end up in it.

A 2.5 inch .410 revolver? The shot is going to spread like a bad rumor. ;)
Hey, nobody can say those Taurus kids are lazy. :D I'd consider one of the .500s for a good price. I think the 2 incher could give the Redhawk Alaskan a run if Taurus does it right.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting. Taurus has had a nasty habit of announcing designs and even showing them but, not producing them or dropping them fast. I am still waiting for their Thunderbolt pump rifle and their Gaucho single action and their 1911 and their Instant Backup line.

Good point Sir William - they may or may not actually ever materialize - bah.

The Taurus 4410 is ONLY available in 5 and 1/2" barrel length.
Actually, IINM, NEITHER are available NOW. But their website clearly shows a 2.25" model that will (supposedly) become available, in addition to the SIX.5" bbl, in as you can see:

Perhaps they changed their projected offerings since you looked at it?

I own a couple of Taurisees, and they are keepers. :) What bothers me about their new diverse product line, is the old Jack of all trades, Master of none syndrome. :o

I think I'd like it better if they brought out their new 1911, and maybe a large bore wheelie or two. Time will tell!!!

Innovative, yes; however, I remained troubled by their inconsistent quality and their marginal customer service. Until those problems are resolved -- and they have not been for many years -- I will pass on Taurus (this is simply my PERSONAL opinion and rebuttal is not desired/required).

Diggers, I agree but, IT IS NOT PORTED! LOL The word is that 5 and 1/2" is it for the 4410. Their website is a little out of alignment. I would buy more Taurus if they would drop the porting.
