Would you do this trade?

A buddy wants to trade is hardly used USPc 40 for my hardly used 2nd get Glock 17.
Neither have many rounds through them, both come w/ 2 10 round mags and both just keep the inside of their respective safes company.
Personally, I prefer the 9mm, but I just never warmed up to the G17.
I already own 2 USPs in 45 and having compact might be nice. Plus, I can buy a 357sig barrel for it. That might be fun actually.
Any recommendations, suggestions, comments are welcome.
 
I've kind of moved away from the 40, but at least im my area the HK would be the more valuable gun. Since you never warmed up to the 17 and seem to like HK's I see no problem. JMHO
 
Fair deal.

The Glock retails for less money than the HK, so your going to win on that end, and the HK is a fine weapon and will serve you well,
the 40S&W is a great caliber for defensive purposes in my book,
I say go for it> (but what do I know)
