Would Walther PP .32 8-shot magazines fit PPK/s .32?

It's my understanding that they do. As I recall, the PPK/s is a PP frame with a PPK slide so we should be dealing with the same mags. My PPK/s .32 uses an eight rounder if this helps, wish I had a PP to verify though.

The only problem may be if the weapon or the magazine (I'm referring to the PP) was pre-WW2. I understand some manufacturing changes were made after the war. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

I bought a couple of PPK/S magazines, but it wouldn't work in my PP. They're almost identical, but the magazine release notch is located slightly lower on the PPK/S magazines. Thus the PPK/S magazines wouldn't "click" into my PP. All other dimensions look identical to me.
Anyone want to buy a pair of PPK/S Magazines?

Hey Sambonator,
If those PPK/s mags are .32acp, shoot me an e-mail with your price.

Yes I can imagine. The heavier PP .380 still kicks harder than any of my 9mm's. My hand stings after shooting just a couple of magazines.

Hi folks,

Standard .32 ACP (7.65mm) PP magazines will fit a standard PPK, prewar, postwar or mixed, but will stick out the bottom. Obviously, PPK magazines won't work in a PP.

PPK/S .380 magazines will not fit into a .32 ACP pistol or into a pre-war .380 (9mm Kurz) pistol.

There were a small number of PPs and PPKs made with a heel type mag catch. Magazines for these have no cutout for the standard catch. They can use standard mags (without the finger rest), but not vice versa.
