First Lady Booed at St. Pat's Parade

NEW YORK (AP) – Hillary Rodham Clinton marched in her first St. Patrick's Day parade today, but was greeted by many along the parade route with a resounding chorus of boos and shouts of "go back to Arkansas." Accompanied by prominent Democrats, the U.S. Senate candidate ignored her vocal critics and kept smiling and waving. The largest chorus came from parade watchers at St. Patrick's Cathedral. And while there were Clinton supporters cheering, they were drowned out by the more vocal opposing crowd.

Quote from Hillary, “Why William Jefferson Clinton are you happy to see me or is that a leprechaun in your pocket?”

That, My friends, is some of the best news I've heard all day. LMAO. Thank you sooooo much for sharing it with us. :D

Check my post in the Legal forum.

Apparently Hillary's bodyguards have roughed up some reporters. One TV reporter indicated he heard chants of "Monica, Monica" from the crowd. :D

God bless the Irish! Hillary go home!

...“ They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” --Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759.

W]hereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it.

In a day that has been filled with news of the acts of traitors, this is certainly good news. Also, I just read that the Ark. Supreme court will not allow o'l Bubba's disbarment hearing to be postponed until after he leaves office. He has until the end of April to defend himself against the charges. This bit of good news can be sampled at: http://southeasternlegal.org

Ah Yes, and from an ol' Irishman let me quote you an Irish blessing;

May those who love us,love us. And those who don't love us,may God turn their hearts; And if he doesn't turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles, so we will know them by their limping.

I hope Hilery has both of them turned, her heart,if she has one,and her ankles so all will know her coming.

I also read on the Net that her Secret Servicemen roughed up a bunch of reporters during the parade.Must not have had on their green.

I watched Headline News, CNN, and MSNBC looking for something about this story last night and NOTHING was said. I watched for hours!

Jeff,

I salute you sir. You have a stronger stomach than I.

Sent a letter to the NY Times, which they probably won't print along with all my others they usually don't print (got two in so far, tho): 'Today Hilary is Irish. What'll she be tomorrow?' (Sung to the tune in 'Paint your Wagon'.)

Good one PROSOUTH,
I copied the Irish blessing you posted and sent it to several friends. It struck me as the funniest thing I have heard in a while.
Thanks.
