Didn't hear about this "article/opinion" till just recently, so, pulled it out of the archives.

Article discusses Woody's view on America's first gold medal - that won by one of our Ladies in 10-meter air rifle.

It'll turn your stomach ....

So, since nobody can redistribute, I can't post the article. Seems they'd want the publicity, especially since The Denver Post is so proud of their anti-gun stance.

I'll call the Australian embassy and offer to trade Woody for Bruce. Don't let the door hit you in the a** on the way out, Woody.

I'm not sure what your most frustrated with - a lady winning something you
can never hope to compete for or a hatred of America. Therapy may be your
only solution. AA may help too.

I refuse to give that Wood-headed Paigeboy the pleasure of thinking his
article even reached me - let alone made me angrier than I have been for months.

I'll just continue to advertise CHL training in every First Aid, CPR, Defensive
Driving, and Security Officer class I teach.

I'll continue to explain the Second Amendment in every class when some
ignoramus gives me half an opening to do so.

I’ll quietly but consistently keep the pressure on my children and
grandchildren to learn how and why our country was founded, why that is
important, and the danger of stained blue dress types such as Paigeboy,
Kennedy, Schumer, Feinstein, et al.

I’ll again offer the Boy Scouts .22 rifle training. I’ll furnish free rifles,
ammunition, and targets. They’ll pay only the range fees.

I’ll continue to explain to women, “You can’t rape a .38!” I’ll explain that in Texas, women need not be victimized by brute force. I’ll continue to teach them applicable laws and how to choose, maintain, and use a handgun safely, effectively, and efficiently. I will continue to teach them how to outshoot their male friends and relatives.

I’ll try to feel ashamed that deep in my heart I want some “underprivileged”
teen-ager with a switchblade to teach that fecal-spewing septic tank scum
sucker how and why my daughters are stronger, more independent
Americans than he even knows exists.

I’ll relieve some of the stress (hopefully tomorrow) by shooting at least four
hundred handgun rounds with a local TFL friend as I try to improve my skills.

Monday and Tuesday, at DPS HQ in Austin, TX, I’ll work even harder to learn
more as I re-certify as a CHL instructor. And, for the first time, the “blue
man” will have a name.....

Either you believe in the Second Amendment or you don't.
Stick it to 'em! RKBA!

He is really mixed up over Australia.Knives are banned as well [as most firearms without a licence and registration] and have been for some time...just ask all those people who lost their Swiss Army knives at the Sydney 2000 Olympics!
I view this as an attempt by Mr Woodhead(sorry...WOODY)at being humerous -while being PC over "gunz"...his faithful paper readers must have loved it eh!!
"Give us more" they bay in approval.....I hope he gets alcoholic poisoning from the JD but fear it wont do the trick as it is a respected drop .
We had similar in Australia on 3AW and the Emmerson cartoon. See it on http://assaultweb.net/ubb/Forum20/HTML/000001.html

If we shooting sportspersons don't hang together... we will all hang separately !
Never knock another's different shooting interest or discipline...REMEMBER we are all but leaves on the same tree of freedom.
