"Women and guns" on NBC Morning News

I was watching NBC Morning News this morning when they had a segment on women and guns. Expecting a hackpiece, I paid attention and was amazed to find that it was a uniformly positive piece that was entirely focused on wonem having fun with guns...trap/skeet, live duck hunting, target shooting at the range, etcetera. There was not a word of disapproval, and the reporter didn't even so much as hint at shooting and guns being abnormal or negative in any way.

Quite amazing to see such refreshingly unbiased coverage of gun-related activities by NBC, of all outlets.

Maybe it's a new strategy of theirs. It'll keep us on pins and needles waiting for the other shoe to drop.

it was a good report because it involved women.
If it had been about men it would have been negative.

Nah, probably just a fluke.
