witnessp5 vs. heritage stealth purchase

please help.
I have a choice between a used Witness poly frame 9mm with one factory 10 rd. clip and 3 hi-cap promag clips in 95% for $250. or a nib Heritage stealth for $300. I do not have a small, carry gun and lean to the stealth. Both are dead end guns (loss on resale/trade). The witness is a good shooter and feeds like it should. Any thoughts to help me break the dead lock. Safe shooting to all
 
As you can see by doing a search on the word "Stealth", I was quite taken with the one I had. I think it's one of the better values out there. (Sold mine to a friend when I got a Glock 33.) They're very accurate due to the gas-delayed blowback/pinned bbl action, they can handle any loads, they're quite tiny and easy to conceal. Please consider running a TFL search on the Stealth and seeing what folks have to say.
 
FWIW, I have a Witness Poly compact, .45 with the Wonderfinish (tenifer) slide. Shoots well and reliably, fits my hand very well. A nice feature is that you can get a conversion kit to run other calibers (9mm, 40, 38 super, 45 or 10mm). Should be tough if you can run the 10mm. Decent SA trigger, conventional manual safety. $279 NIB locally.

I, too, have read many good reviews of the Stealth... if I could ever find one, I might just get one too. I don't care nmuch for EAA's gun's... but that's more of a cosmetic issue.

IMO the Stealth is an outstanding value and an excellent design. Execution of that design is fair. An alternative to the subcompact Glock worthy of serious consideration.

The only malfunctions I ever had with a Stealth were with a batch of reloads using Win 473AA powder (now discontinued) that routinely fouled the gas piston after only a few shots. Other than that, the gun feeds, fires, and extracts every factory round and handload, including +P and +P+, that I have fed it.
