Winchester XPR bolt action

Winchester Repeating Arms has built a new bolt-action rifle. It's called the XPR.
Does anyone know anything about this new rifle?
Anyone have any thoughts?
I am interested I hearing what everyone's thoughts are

I've seen photos and press releases. So far I haven't read or heard of anyone actually buying one. Still haven't actually seen one. Basically it is a budget gun designed to compete with the Remington 783, Ruger American, Savage Axis and similar guns. I'd expect price and performance to be similar, but it may be one of those guns not on the market for a while longer.
