I saw the winchester stealth today. Wow that thing is
pretty. Totally black stock with matte barrel/action/bolt.
Since it was $20 higher than the rem VS (both were too
high in this store, however) they are clearly aimed
at each other (sorry). So, my questions are:
1. What kind of accuracy can I expect out of the stealth.
2. What stock was on it (guy in the store said Mcmillan,
some guys on snipercountry.com said HS precission).
3. Is the trigger lawyerized like the remington, and if
so, how hard is it to modify it? (remington seems
like a snap)
Finally, I've seen several folks refer to it as the
'winchester classic stealth'. I don't know if such
an animal exists, but this gun was definitely push-feed,
but nothing is perfect...
Looking for opinions, thanks...
