Winchester Silver Tip HP's, question?

Are the silver tips the same as shooting lead? I have a Glock 30 and I know the rifleing in the Glock barrels don't like lead.

The Silvertips are considered jacketed ammunition. There's no problem using them in any weapon, including 30s.
