Winchester "LEO" 38 ammo

While looking around one of the local gun shops yesterday, I noticed a box of Winchester 38 special ammo siting all alone. I picked it up to check it out and it said "LEO ONLY" pressure exceeds industry standards. On the back it stated that average pressure is 15-20% greater than industry +P standard. I was wondering if anyone has any info on this round, ie. speed, energy and so on.. Is this the same as a +p+? I have not seen any LEO 38's in a long time.. This may be an old box left over from the late 70's early 80's.. I wonder?

That ammo is +P+. I was going to pick some up for my +P S&W but was advised against it. Was it the 110gr. "contorlled expansion hollow points"? Sorry but I don't know the ballistics on it, you might be able to find them on Winchesters web site.
