My 670 has a deep 1 1/2" long crack in the stock right beneath the bolt handle. I was thinking about epoxying the crack and clamping it together. Would that only be a temporary solution? What would you do?
The stocks on the 670 are pretty plain. You might be better off just getting a replacement stock off Gunbroker or Ebay. The 670 uses the same stock as a Model 70 of the same era.
