Winchester 37 Help

I'm in the process of refinishing my grandfather's 37 that he gave me when I was 12. It has been a good gun, but I would like to spruce it up a bit. I have stripped and sanded and then polished the barrel. The road block came with taking the stock from the action. What tool is needed to remove the stock? Once I get it off I am going to carefully take apart the trigger assembly and then begin the final rebluing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To remove the buttstock, remove the buttplate and use a long straight-bladed screwdriver to remove the screw. Be careful not to get the bit between the screw and the stock, as it will break out the side of the stock.
