S Stressfire New member May 11, 2012 #2 Just taking a quick look at the book we have at work, there are alot of variables that will determine exact value. Types I found listed are Sporting (450-4k) Fancy Sporting (900-12k) Extra lightweight (450-5k) Carbine (200-3k) Trappers Carbine (700-6.5k) "Takedown versions are worth 20% more" "Factory engraving on the Fancy can be very valuable" Should verify that it is factory done "Values given are for guns with saddle rings Deduct 35% for carbines without. Add 25% for carbines chambered in .25-35 or .38-55." From: 2012 Standard Catalog of Firearms Sometimes its good to work in a library Last edited: May 11, 2012

We can't tell you anything unless you post some pictures... If it's a saddle ring carbine in .30 WCF, with folding ladder rear sight, excellent bore, no rust or pitting through out, clean action, with nice stock, then about $700.
