A Alfadog New member Oct 15, 1999 #1 Has anyone tried one of these new guns, imported by Winchester/U.S.R.A.C.? Does it have a 20 or 24 inch barrel (Winchester's web site contradicts itself)? How does it compare with the Marlin 1894?

B BMWGS80 New member Oct 15, 1999 #2 I prefer the Marlin due to the solid frame. I have three that I've shot enough to feel reliable. .357/.41Mag/45-70 I do love the Winchester for the history.But, feel the Marlin is a more robust/accurate gun. Good hunting, ts
