Winchester 1400 & Winchoke question

Hi. Picked up an old Win 1400 semi-auto shottie at gun show. This particular type of 1400 was only made from 1964 to 1968. Came with one screw-in choke tube which says "Winchoke" on it. Need/want another choke tube:

Anyone know if presently-sold "winchoke" tubes are interchangeable with these older guns, such as these:

Reason I ask is because the Trulock Pattern Plus's, for example, say "similar to factory choke tubes", but then they say "flush fit" - well the one that is on the shotgun I bought is NOT a flush fit - dunno if it's a factory or not, but it probably IS.

So will these aftermarket chokes work with the old Win 1400s?

How did you know I wanted skeet/cylinder bore, not improved, mod, or full? That is exactly what I need, for quail. The gun came with one tube; a modified. Yeah, numrich says out, but check back every 30-60 days - good call; thanks!
 
Hey FF, great minds think alike I guess. ;)

I would not count on Numrich getting more Skeet tubes anytime soon.

You might call Midway and ask if they know. You may wind up having to take your chances and return it if it doesn't fit. More than likely it will work. I haven't heard of Winchester changing the dimensions of the Win-choke tubes and if they did they would likely name it something else like they did with the Invector and Invector-Plus line of chokes.

EDIT:
I also would not be too worried about whether the Briley tubes fit flush with the barrel or not. It just takes a different type of wrench to tighten them.

Win-choke tubes are Win-choke tubes. Same tubes as the Browning Invector, Mossberg and Savage tubes.

Why is your 1400 a limited model? does it have the steel receiver and red "W" grip cap on a walnut stock?

I have many 1400/140 parts in stock if you ever break anything.

I also have a tri-axle load of old tubes. Skeet? I'm pretty sure I have em.

I am pretty sure the newer Winchester chokes will work. In fact, I think the only difference between the two is the older ones are flush fit, while the newer ones are extended. As mentioned above, Browning Invector and Mossberg 500 tubes will also work with the gun.
