Winchester 1400 Problems

I took out my Winchester 1400 today and encountered problems. I gave it a fairly good cleaning last night, but I got tons of jams today. Sometimes the shell would eject and the other 2 would get wedged in and stuck up against each other. It took a key to press them apart and pop one in. Other times, it would stick and not eject and other times the slide would not even move back at all to eject the shot shell. I've had this happen before once in awhile, but today these things happened after almost every shot. If anybody could help me solve this, I would appreciate it.
 
I'm no 1400 maven, but I'd check to see if the bbl is tight to the receiver first.

Second, see what the chamber looks like, a rough chamber will create some of the probs you have, tho other things can also. It's an easy thing to check.
