Winchester 120 ranger Question

I just got a winchester 120 Ranger and went to test fire it. Every time I shoot the action opens about an inch or two. I called winchester and they said that is normal on the 1300 and the 120. Does this happen to anyone else? I have shot other 120's and have not had this happen. Thanks
 
the 1300 is supposed to. its at least part of what makes the action cycle so fast. sweet gun.

i cant remember if my ranger did that. the rangers a great gun though i DOUBT anything is wrong with yours.
