Win. Model 70 Take-off Barrels

I was wondering if anyone knew of or IS a gunsmith what does a lot of take-offs on M-70's....I was looking for a new or Next-to-New take-off in a Factory Winchester with a contour of .750" or more....would prefer .22 or 6mm now IF that would leave enough "meat" for a Re-bore of 6.5mm..........Thanks in Advance!

Kye-oat, unless you are doing the rebore yourself you'd probably be better off getting a 6.5 barrel in the contour you want and having it threaded, etc to fit your rifle. E-mail me with what you're wanting to do and I'd be happy to give you a quote either on the whole job or on a bbl you can install yourself. George
