Model 12 takedown....
At the end of the magazine tube there is a pin...push it through (not all the way out) and then rotate the magazine tube using the pin counterclockwise, it should roatate about 1/2 turn. Now slide the pump outwards, the magazine tube should slide out several inches. Once done, rotate entire forend (magazine, bbl, etc.) 1/4 turn and pull off.
