Win 760 question/problem

I have a question/problem for u guys. I am loading with Win 760 powder. I dumped a 1 pound container in the dispenser and dropped 42.5 gr charges. I weighed occasionally to make sure I stayed at 42.5. I used up the one pound container. Now I opened an 8 pound jug and dumped some in. Never changed anything on the press or scale. Now it's dropping 43.4gr charges. Plus my powder cop is staying at the same spot it was for the 42.5gr charges. Is this something that happens alot? Is there a reason it doesn't change the ring movement on the powder cop?

The volume stayed the same, only the weight changed. I have seen it one time. By volume,IMR4198, there can be as much as 1.1 gr difference in weight. 18.5 gr vs 19.6 gr. with the measure at the same setting. This was "older" Canada vs Australia.
