Anyone know where I can get a butt stock for a Win 1873?

Try www.gunpartscorp.com for that stock. They have (or had) semi-finished stocks for both rifle and carbine. You will need to do some final fitting, but they say the buttplate inletting is done. Cost was about $70 or so.
