I had one. Wilson is a great company and their customer service is great. That said, the reason I know the customer service is great is because I talked to them every day for two weeks. I sent my UT15 back twice and finally got a refund. It could have been a fluke but it would jam on Winchester white box, PMP etc. It ticked me off that I spent over $1500 for a gun that would jam on regular ammo. If you are going to spend that much money get a preban or two bushmasters for the price of one. The Wilson was very accurate(when it shot) and the trigger was sweeeeet(JP). Good luck. Lax
