i asked about recoil pads recently for my pardner pump 12 gauge, i have measured my stock and found that i need the small size. when installing a pachmayr, limbsaver, or allen slip on pad will it work if i take my old pad off? i'm not a tall or long armed person and leaving my old one on will make a length of pull thats not right. so my question is if i take my old pad off will the slip on still work as in holding on and not slipping? thanks

Yes, may slightly increase LOP, but you may not notice it at all.

how's the hi viz slip on? i can find info on the 3 i mentioned but not the hi viz.

Should work ok. If there's any fear if slipping you can use a little dawn or similar dish soap on butt or inside recoil pad and slip on. Let it dry 24 hours and it's like semi- permanent glue. It can still be removed if need be.
