Will Ruger sell Pre-ban springs?

I had two failures of the slide to lock back on the last round last weekend at wolfcreek, and I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not Ruger will sell the SPRINGS or FOLLOWERS for their 15-round mags.

ALSO: I'm at work right now, so I also can't look up the address for Wolffe Springs. Can anyone give me the address?

Thanx for the response. Which do you guys think is better? Wolffe or Factory?

Now I need to know if Ruger will sell pre-ban springs, or maybe someone can give me some good instructions on stretching my current spring.

I didn't think the springs were different. Just the followers and the body of the mag. Am I wrong? IF they are different, then I doubt they would sell extras, just let you trade in your old one.
 
I figured that there WAS a difference between the mag springs simply because there is a giant 1 inch spacer on their current 10 round magazines, and there ISN'T on their 15 round mags.

I just assumed it was the spring... it's could be the follower though.
