for USPSA i am wanting to get a after market barrel for my Glock such as a storm lake or lone wolf brand so i can shoot cast bullets a little better and not have to worry about the factory glock barrel with leading. but got to thinking if it would put me in another class other than production?
i would look it up on the website but i cant get on it from work here to check and see

Just so you can relax and get some work done, I looked it up for you. The Production rule says:
BARRELS: Current rules remain in effect - you may
replace the barrel with an OEM or aftermarket barrel
which is of the same length, contour and caliber as
the original barrel for that model of gun.

Thanks Jim...i was hopeing it wouldnt but wanted to make sure
i know im not gonna be real compeditive since im new but jsut wanted to make sure and find out

It's all good unless your doing a caliber conversion on say a Glock 35 to a 9mm. That isn't allowed but I doubt anyone at a local match would ever notice or care.

A great place for info-from a bunch of great shooters.

I was going to say 'great guys' but realize that there are also great ladies shooting.

A friend says "I like to see the whole family shooting-including the dog, cause Mom also votes."
