We finally went to our range today so my wife could get a good feel about firing her nib 327. We had a box of 32 S&WL, a box of 32 HR and a box of Hyra-shok.
The 32 S&WL had almost no perceived recoil & her groups were at 3" at 15 feet.
Next the HR32 in magnum had a real snap to it & the grouping was similar but she was in complete control. Her hands were a little sore but very manageable. I stopped her from using the Hyra-shok. Those rounds I shot & my hands stung pretty hard. Note: a box of 50 S&W 32L is under $13.00 & a box of 50 HR32 is anywhere from $27 to $32.
She handed me her Ruger lcr 22LR & said please use this towards getting your own 327(at 17 ounces) which I most certainly will. I still have my EAA windicator 2" 357( at 28.8 ounces) in magnum that eats up any 357 in magnum ammo plus my S&W 686 + 3".(36.8 ounces) which is a tad heavy carrying it concealed in Florida.
