The buck that our son harvested on our own land, nice main 8pt with split brow tine. My wife & I actually watched this buck for quite some time on opening morning with the bright full moon, but he left out before legal light. Our son harvested the buck, the following Saturday evening.

The buck my wife harvested, again, on our land, nice symmetrical 8pt. After watching the buck that our son ended up harvesting walk off the morning before, my wife was blessed to have this buck come in the next afternoon (Sunday).

Both of these deer were taken from the same property. I was blessed to be able to be there for both of them when they got their deer.

Both hunters very pleased. :D

How come your wife looks the same age as your son?!:D;)

You all need to stop posting these pictures. I'm starting to run out of hate to spread around.;)

Where we hunt most of the deer are not as big as the head of that thing.........

The family that hunts together......................

2 really nice bucks & congrats to both. Based on what looks to be an entrance or exit hole on your wife's buck, did it go very far ? I'm guessing that was not a pleasant field dress.

Just think of the memories your family will have when you, wife and young man are older and may not be able to get out and hunt together. Savor every moment.

Congrats on two beautiful bucks!

Peetza - I am as old as Methusala! How did you know?:D:D

The wound is the entrance wound on her buck, no exit wound. Body cavity full because it bled internally from liver pulverizing. Hers went about 60-80 feet, his, down where it stood.

I can promise, I will remember both of them and their looks!!

Congratulations Brother on your Son and Wifes Deer those are two very nice bucks, I sure like the looks of their muzzle loaders, they look very light and handy.
What kind are they?
