Why no Bonanza Black?

I don't bling my guns up very much but like to put a little Bonanza Gold in the engraving occasionally. Kinda like a thin pin stripe on a solid colored car. To me it just looks good done in moderation. I used to use Bonanza Silver at times becauls it wasn't quite as gaudy but still looked good. I don't see this any more.
With all the stainless steel guns on the market it looks to me that someone would have something in a black or even other colors that would show up on SS similar to BG. Maybe I've missed it but if they made Bonanza Black or something similar I'd buy some in a second.
 
You can see engraving on stainless and nickel with an "ink and bake" highlight that would probably do what you want. I don't know how to do it but you could probably get a handle on it from Brownells engaving supplies.
