Why can we STILL not get any ammo????

This is really ridiculous...its been several months now since I've seen anything on the shelves that is used in semi auto handguns or rifles. I don't think the DHS is buying 22LR, so what gives??? I can understand .223/5.56, 7.62, even 9mm i can understand, but all I've seen on the shelves lately is pure hunting rounds - 7mm, .270, etc. Is this not worrisome?
 
Because every Walmart has a line of people waiting, at 6:30AM, at the ammo counter, to buy ammo, as it's being stocked. By 8:30 AM, it's all gone because nobody wants to miss a chance to buy ammo.

Our culture changed overnight. Everybody's mindset is now to buy ammo when they see it, instead of to buy it when they need it.
 
I've found .40 cal and .45 acp by the hunderds of rounds.

.45 acp winchester 100 rnd white box for 41.00
.40 s&w winchester 100 rnd white box for 36.00
9mm monarch 50 rnd box for 12.00

.22 cant really find any but the above I have found more than I have time to shoot with a 40hr a week job.
 
in central FL, I have a walmart and Gander close by, and ....nothing. I cruise by during lunch, hoping for something, but nothing. I actually have 2 guns purchased in the last 6 months and not yet tested because I cannot get ammo, and i dont want to shoot what i have on hand.

Try Walmart around 10-11 pm and between 6-7am.

Ask the people who work in the sporting goods when they restock the case.

Do you have an academy sports? They have ammo but limit you to one box per caliber with a 3 box max per day.

Walmart limits you to 3 boxs total or any caliber.
