At 5am 11/10/00 we have the latest re-count number. We also believe Bush can survive a legal battle due to a 1998 Federal District Court decision, which fits this case. Why the media refuses to speak of this decision, pro-Gore media? Better believe it. ABC news mentioned the case in passing, hopefully the news will come out and back Bush.
