Who Owns A Kahr MK9 And......

Recently picked up a Kahr MK9, and was just wondering what means of concealment and ammo are being used. As always, any recommendations for holsters and ammo would be greatly appreciated!

I use a Kramer Pocket holster and pocket mag pouch and an Uncle Mikes pocket holster , I carry Golden Saber 124's in mine . Good luck , Mike...

Uh Sarge, I'm using the Alessi holster I bought from you with my MK9. My ammo is Winchester 115 grain hollow points.

I carry mine everyday in a Blade Tech UCH so I can tuck in my shirt over it. I use 135gn Hydra Shoks.

The Blade Tech has one small problem with the belt clip. It's bent so that the holster sits too low at the beltline making it difficult to get a good grip. I mentioned this to the Production Manager when I met him a few weeks ago and suggested a fix. He thought it was a good idea and said that if you order one for the MK9 mention that you'd like the belt clip bent so the pistol sits higher on the beltline. The man also mentioned that the belt clip can be made in any of the colors that Blade Tech uses to blend in better with your gunbelt. I hope this helps.

This topic has been covered a number of times and you may want to do a search on it to see what was said in the past. Real briefly though (to save disk space on TFL), I have mine loaded with Cor-Bon 125gr and carry it in a belly band on the weak side in a cross draw postion -- carrying it this way gives me the absolute best concealment.

After "Searching" the topic "Who owns a Kahr MK9", mine is the only one I've found (or even comes close). I must not be doing something right since I can't find any other posts similar to mine!

Regardless, the same question can be asked over a period of time, and some of the same members post totally different answers each time. Is it wrong to see if there has been recent developments in concealment rigs, ammunition or just plain old change of opinions? I think not. Sure... I can read every post concerning MK9's and pick up little bits and pieces here and there, but I'd personally prefer to find the up-to-date answers to my questions in one thread. Is that wrong? I believe that if the Moderators felt that a particular question has been beaten to death, and is wasting disk space, they'd simply close the thread. A simple solution to those that are tired of reading the "same old threads", would be to just ignore the post. Pretty simple.

I suggested that new members should be do archival searches prior to posting with questions that may have already been asked(as part of your sign up confirmation). IIRC, I was told that such searches tax the system far more than a new post with its subsequent replies. Besides, it keeps us all on our toes, and there is the occasional input of new info as you stated. :)
