Who makes TriStar o/u's?

If my memory serves me correct, Emilio Rizzini made them for a while. I think the TRi Star silver is made by Stefano Fausti. The coupl of them I have seen seem to be really nice guns.

The saleman I talked to though it was Huglu but i'm not so sure. I picked up the 20 ga hunter and I don't know how the hunter lite could be any lighter.

Have you patterned your yet? If not I would suggest you do so. My bottom barrel shoots 8"-10" low. Only the very top of the pattern hits the aiming point. It's sure not regulated very well. Not good for rising birds. One of my choke tubes is also bored crooked and has a slight rim in it. The safety spring is also a bit weak. On the up side it feels light as a feather, is a dream to carry and mounts well. I have emailed them twice with no response. Guess I'll have to get on the phone.

They have been made by several different companies, don't know who is making what models for them now. There is a TriStar sxs for sale on GB right now that you can see the paperwork in one of the pictures and it says "Khan".

patterned okay, was actually probably too light for a 20 gauge. Started noticing some marks on the bottom of the chamber from hitting the bottom firing pin, also the foreend was starting to move out of position.
Said screw it, took it back and traded for a used Rem1100 Special Field.

Probably been a decent gun, but I'm too busy to fool with it and I got quails to shoot at! :p
