who makes night sights for S&W m60?

I have a lady smith 357 M60, and was wondering if anyone makes a REPLACEMENT front night sight that I could install myself with out alot of trouble? I would like to also have one on my customized SP101 357. Are there any companies that make these as a SIMPLE replacement?

Trijicon makes a front for the 60 I believe...I know Ive seen them on a couple of guns. They may have been a custom swap from a gun like mine though..I have the trijicon on my gun, SP101....and it makes a nice glow at night.. If you want rear sights they can custom install them...for ALOT of money. Shoot well
 
mr. pitiful, I have almost the same gun, M60 .357 w/3" bbl, and I'm going to send mine to Cylinder & Slide in Fremont, Nebraska for their treatment. It will include a front night sight, as well as a trigger job and chamfering of the chambers, and a few other odds & ends.
