HEY GUYS:GUNNUTS HERE,I carry a ruger mini 14 in my truck,I don't want a high$$$ rifle stolen,so who makes a 10 or 20 round mag. that works!and what websight can I buy them off of?thanks alot!

I can tell you some to avoid: the "new", supposedly re-tooled John Masen 10-rounders. Ordered some with great hopes; they wouldn't even fit in my magazine well!

Add Millett mags to the list

When the Calif hi-cap mag ban came in, I had to buy a "few" 10 round mags...Chose the ones made by Millette, not much for looks, the things are made of smoke colored transparent plastic, but what the Hey, theyre going on a Mini14, who needs looks:confused: ;)
Never a bobble, feed better than the Ruger Mags, lighter on the thumb to reload too. The Company is thoughtful enough to include 'Jungle Clip' bolts with their multiple purchases:)

I'll second Fireforged's opinion on the Thermold. I have these mags for my AR and my Mini-30. They feed like butter.

Anybody have good luck with ProMag 10 round mags? I ordered 3 today because ProMag is only about 20 miles away and I figured that I could carry my rifle and mags in to them if I have problems. Of course ProMag and CATZ says they are really good. They say they will work or they fix, replace or buy back.

I have some Pro Mag 2nd generation AR mags. They are 20rd. and look like their 10 rd AR mags. They work great to bad the ban came 1 year after they came out with them. If their mini 14 mags are as well made as these AR mags they should be OK.
