Who makes custom leather holsters?

I have a HK P30 I use for daily carry. I’m planning to outfit it with a Viridian C5L rail Laser/light unit. While I could easily make an ABS or Kydex holster for it, I would prefer a leather holster for comfort and style. Can anyone recommend a holster-maker that does such custom projects?

Custom leathershops, top names...

For a fully custom rig in leather for a HK P30(with a white light), I'd check some of these US firms;
High Noon Holsters, www.Highnoonholsters.com www.Miltsparks.com Greg Kramer; Kramer Gun Leather, DeSantis, Merkle(check spelling), Bulman Gunleather, Ted Blocker, Ken Null, El Paso Saddlery, Tex Shoemaker.

$ and long wait times may be issues for custom leather but if you really want it, there are a few great sources out there.

This may help you find them: Gun Leather, Gun Holster and Gun Belt Makers :)

You might also try Ryan Grizzle at RGrizzle Leather. I've been hearing and seeing a lot of good things about his work.

Milt Sparks (so far my favourite gun leather place) is running 26-30 weeks and fills their monthly quota for new orders usually w/in the 1st two days of the month.

Good luck!

Jim that is a GREAT list - thanks. :)

I have been speaking to Ryan about building me a set-up for my P7M8. Presently, I enjoy TT Gunleather, Horseshoe Leather, MR, Tauris, etc. They all work well.

Ryan Grizzle

In my opinion, Ryan Grizzle has no equal when it comes to holster making. Here's one I just now received for my Walther PPS...

I was suprised to find that all the leather manufacturers (holsters) I contacted had the same waiting period as ammo manufacturers

IdahoMike right here on TFL makes terrific gunleather, at reasonable prices. He's done three holsters and a cartridge belt for me and I'm pretty sure that when I'm gone to dust they'll be carrying on without me.

Here's an 1873 slim jim rig that he made for me late last year:

I am in the same place as you as far as deciding on who to make my holster.

I am looking at Mitch Rosen, Andrew's Leather, Exodus Gun Leather, TT Gun Leather, UBG leather, Ross Leather, Del Fattie, Alessi

It appears it is comparing apples to apples. They all appear to be fine quality and craftsmanship and all have about the same style holsters
