i have been doing some searching and buying for a good, large sized gun cleaning cloth and to my surprise so many have tons of lint on them so when im done cleaning my guns they have so much fuzz all over them it looks like i need to get my razor out and shave them!

i want to know what everyone here is using, if you like it and where you got it?
i would like something fairly thick to soak up lube and cleaning fluid and in a fairly big size. (12x12 or bigger, prefer 16x16 or so)

A good quality microfiber is what you need: absorbent and lint free. I get a small 5 in square free from my optician whenever I need a new one to keep my eyeglass lenses clean without scratches.

Go to Griot's Garage and shop for some high quality lint free microfiber cloth towels.

+1 on a good quality microfiber. I use the microfiber towels rather than the eyeglass-type cloths, though. They're softer than diapers, t-shirts, or terrycloth towels, and 100% lint free.

Sam's or Costrco sells nice white wash rags by the dozen - they get too nasty, they get tossed in the trash and NOT momma's washer
