I WAS ALL SET TO BY A S&W 625. ACTUALLY EVEN GAVE A DEPOSIT. BUT, "F" S&W I AM TRADING ALL THREE OF MY S&W REVOLVERS.

Ruger builds their .45LC/ACP convertable. Off hand I can't think of any double actions.

We live in a time in which attitudes and deeds once respected as courageous and honorable are now scorned as being antiquated and subversive.

Why punish yourself by getting rid of all of your Smith products, stop and think about it. That does not make good sense, just don't buy any new ones. Thats what I plan to do. I've got 22 different double action Smith revolvers and I'm not planningon selling guns that I inherited from my father and grandfather. Those guns have nothing to do with todays treasonous sellout of the American people by the current hierachy at Smith $ Wesson. Just don't buy any current production guns and add money into the tratiors pockets.

when it comes to sell outs, ruger did pretty good job too. selling smiths, especially old ones, and buying new rugers kind of defeats the purpose.

i'd like to see taurus make a 5 shot fixed sight 3in in steel w/ no ports myself even with the damned trigger lock.

Weshoot,

No one wins on this one. But I refuse to continue to lose by supporting a company that obviously doesn't give a d@mn about what I believe in and care about.

Tarus and S&W are owned by the same parent company aren't they. Tompkins PLC?

I seem to recall seeing a Taurus revolver that had a built in hammerlock which reguired the use of a slim allen wrench like key to unlock it. The mechanism was obiquitous and could simply be left unlocked.

I'm going to try to buy as many fine non smart un--locked crazzed gun maniac guns as I can before you can't buy them no more.

This will include S&W or used I will look for price and features not political orientation lets remember S&W's goal is to stay in business. If no one makes guns there will be no guns to buy. If local govts pass laws like the S&W agreement (Maryland) you wont be able to buy the guns you want anyway.
