Who made this shotgun?

This belongs to an older friend of mine. He states that his father in law kept it at his lake house for over 40 years. Single shot 12 gauge. The hammer moves freely with no tension so I know that it is missing a spring. Anyone know who made the gun? Know where to buy a spring? It is stamped " new white powder wonder"

Delete this thread. The picture is too big but for some reason all of my other pictures have uploaded just fine.
