Last time I looked, "soft body armor" was NOT designed to stop rifle projectiles, nor would it. Does that mean that 30-06, 180 grain ammunition would or could or might be classified as ARMOR PIERCING AMMUINITION, and therefore effectively banned? Say it isn't so Joe, say it isn't so.
