Who has a stainless Beretta 21?

Kentucky Rifle

New member
I went to the gun shop today to buy some ammo and they had a beautiful little NIB stainless 21 at a good price. It was only slightly larger than my stainless Jetfire. I took it apart and it looks like it should work just fine. Another .22 is about the last thing I need, however you all know how it is. :) How many have one that is 100%?

Thanks,
KR

Had a Model 21 .25 at one time in the days when Seecamps were almost impossible to get. Once P-32s/Guardians/Autaugas came out, I didn't see any need to keep it anymore. Great gun though, 100% reliable, but too big/thick compared to the alternatives. If I know you KY Rifle, you just want it for fun/plinking as you've got plenty of alternatives for carry.

Ahhh Alamo,

You're beginning to figure me out pretty good! Yes, I saw the little Beretta and just wanted it. No other reason at all. The shop also had these two fat little Browning .380's. One was blue and one was very shiny chrome or highly polished nickel. (I like the blue model.) I've thought about it all night. I just tried to call my gun shop but they're still closed. From my poor description, does anyone recognize the Browning I'm talking about? Any good?
My trouble is that I'm running out of places to shoot. I have a little no 'count piece of prorerty (a little over 100 acres) that I've always kept for shooting. It's got a stream with very high banks running down the middle that, in the past, was perfect for shooting. Now, a whole bunch of Yahoos have built HOUSES around my shooting range and they call the Sheriff on me when I get to blasting away! What kind of a deal is that?? I was there first! I was there when the closest house was five miles away! Sorry--I need more coffee.

The Browning...

...you are talking about is a re-badged Beretta .380 Cheetah? Civet Cat? Red Tabby? I get confused by all the feline names at times... anyhow, they're swell little pistols. Lendringser keeps threatening to buy one.

Ah Tam, that's all I needed to hear.

I've been playing "catch-up" with you and Lindringser for months! However, to tell the truth, this is one nice looking pistol. I'm positive that the shiny one would be more durable (as I sweat on it in these hellish Kentucky summers), but it's just TOO shiny. Besides, I'm having great luck with the Sentry Marine "Tuf-Cloth". Even some of my blue pocket pistols still look like new after last summer. And the A/C went out! I nearly "floated" away. Tell Lendringser to go for it and give me a range report. :)
