Who Does Marlin Lever Action Customizations?

I have a Marlin 336 that I would like to have have modified. I would like to have the barrel cut to 16", have it parkerized, ghost rings, synthetic stocks, etc. Kind of a Scout rifle.

Does anyone know of a gunsmith/company that does custom work on these?

I would be satisfied with one of the current Marlin models with the short barrels, but I don't want a ported barrel.
