Who could ever be stupid enough to vote for someone that is that BIG of an IDIOT!!! I got so mad I quit watching and came here for some peace. Can't wait for Nov. and hopefully we will be done with this MORON.

Unfortunately, I work with a few of them...

These people voted for Willie because they believed the lie that he made the stock market go up, and that he would be their advocate and savior. Despite the facts presented to them that Willie is a bad idea, they prostituted themselves on the altar of selfishness and greed. (i.e.: "Bill said he'd do right for me, and dang if I'd not rather be taken care of than have to do something for myself")

Now, these same people extol the virtues of Spotted Al for the same reason: "Look how the Stock Market has done, Al is good for our country"! I have tried, along with other's here at work, to present them with documented facts (The President does not control the economy!). But I fear those who cast their lot with Willie last time, will do the same with Albert this time. They are purposefully choosing to believe a lie, because (I believe) they lack the moral courage to face the truth, and act upon it, lest they endure a moment of discomfort or see their darling stocks dip to normal rates of return.

I completely agree. I do have an example for you that may help you understand why otherwise good and intelligent people vote Democrat. My grandparents are 70 and 72. They are good well educated people who have a good deal of common sense about everything except politics. The Democrats have done such a good job in conjunction with their allies in the media of scaring older Americans that the Republicans are going to take away their social security and medicare. Further my grandmother gives Clinton credit for the rise in the economy despite my showing her that the recession ended prior to Clinton taking office and even prior to his election. You did not hear the statistical evidence of the rise in the economy from the media before the elections. All you heard was doom and gloom until the liberal medias savior was elected. The economy just seemed to have a miraculous recovery due to his election. How can we defend against scare tactics and people who are unwilling to listen to the facts.
