White grips?

Anyone got pics of a pistol that they have white or cream grips on (bone, holly wood, ivory, etc?)? I am trying to decide if a pair of bone ones would go on a matt-finished BHP.

No white grips...

on any of my handguns. White equipment of any type is the first to show dirt, smears, oil, or any other form of crud. Yellow is next, BTW. I avoid both for that reason.

Tangential comment:

I've seen lots of pictures of older pistols, mostly 'sixguns,' with ivory, elk, or stag grips, and they usually look pretty nice. Sadly, the real thing is out of my price range -- or more accurately, hard to justify given my finances (maybe if I had an original Colt SAA I'd save up for a set) -- and I find most of the synthetics just look too plastic for my tastes.

Esmerelda is making me a set like this:

For my Para Ordnance LDA Carry.

I'll post a pic when I get them (they say 3 or 4 weeks).

Best,
