My main CCW is a Walther PPQ in a Raven Concealment Phantom OWB holster on a Beltman leather gun belt. Works great for me and my PPQ is a terrfic shooter for me. No doubt though that the SIG P250SC would be easier to conceal for many though my preference would be the SIG P320SC over the P250SC.

I LOVE my SIG P220 but for me it is a bit big for CCW,

I went PPQ...

The reason is the size isn't too much to work with, though it is getting on the big side of concealability, and it has a great trigger. While its possible to conceal full size pistols, more care is usually required to do it properly.

The 250sc... I am not a fan of the trigger, its my only complaint. It isn't a horrible trigger, its pretty good as far as DAO goes, I am just not a fan of DAO triggers for the most part. It is smaller and easier to conceal though.

If you are familiar with them and they have proven themselves to be accurate & reliable to you - take your pick.

Myself I carry 1 of 3 pistols.
Glock 19
FN Hi Power
S&W 442

The 442 is my pocket gun for times I don't feel an IWB gun will be appropriate.
The other 2 are based on my mood of the day.

1. P220

My carry gun is a P6. The P220 is just a little bigger.

2. PPQ

I don't care for the trigger system (SA only non safety), especially on a cary gun. I would not carry my P99 in SA mode, even using the AS option.

3. P250

DAO, no, thank you. The only trigger system I like less than partially recocking DAO is full on DAO.

Hands down the Sig P220 for the following reasons:
1. Mines an older stamped slide version making it very light to carry.
2. Very accurate.
3. 100% reliable with every ammo I've tried.
4. DA/SA with a decocker, my preferred duty gun configuration.

P250SC.

I'm an old school DAO guy and generally prefer their triggers over others, but especially the P250's.

Had both a P250 SC and C model, and I like how small, as well as how accurate, the subcompact is, and if I need more capacity I can simply throw in the compact or full size magazine to expand my available rounds. Much easier to conceal than the other two, especially since I am in shorts and a t-shirt the majority of the year (Florida beach bum haha), though I have, and do, conceal PPQ- and P220-sized handguns in summer attire as well.

Had a PPQ and while it is an awesome shooter with outstanding ergonomics, like I said before, I just prefer a true DAO trigger system. They aren't the ''evil, unmasterable" trigger a lot of people make them out to be, especially in this age of short, 5# striker-fire triggers with short resets.

I carry a P220 SAS Carry IWB (Milt Sparks VM2). I like to carry 2 extra mags OWB in kydex (do not remember who made them). There are times/situations where I do not feel comfortable with having anything OWB. On those occasions I carry 1 mag IWB in leather (R. Grizzle).
I can't speak to the others, since I do not own them. I do have other choices for carry, but go with the P220 most of the time. I agree w/the reasons listed in the earlier responses and would add that it is my favorite handgun I own. I have another P220 that I do not carry. That SAS Carry just agrees w/me. We kinda have a special thing going on, that gun and me!
