Which Sig do you prefer...226 or the 229 ??

Which Sig do you prefer between these two ??

Do you guys prefer the large grip of the 226 or the midsize grip of the 229 ?? Do you think there is much accuracy & velocity difference between the two in the same caliber?? Thanks...

226!!!

I prefer the 226 by a large margin. I just cannot shoot the 229 as well as the 226. I don't know why, but for me the 226 and 228 are easier to shoot well than the 229.
 
The SIG 229 fits my hand like it was made for me.

Every one that's shoot my 229 has loved it.
Well...one guy only liked it a lot but didn't love it.;)
 
228, actually, but my second choice would be an older, stamped-slide P-226. The milled-slide guns like the P-229 just balance all wrong by comparison.
 
I like the grip on the 229 more. My 229 is a 357/.40 (came with both factory barrels) and it shoots very well in my hands.
