I am on the fence with if I want to get a neat Tan CIATP9SA or a breathtaking CZ75 High polish stainless from Buds. Always wanted the CZ however the TP9 rates well and I like its looks.
Keep in mind I have a lot of guns and just want one for the collection.

Thanks

I haven't had the pleasure of shooting one but a high polish stainless CZ is just too good to pass up. That's another one on my list...

I find myself generally unimpressed with the TP9SA. A high polished CZ, on the other hand, makes me feel all tingly inside. Especially if you add some nice rosewood grips... dang it! I just got a new gun, and now you have me wanting another one. Will the cycle never end?!?

If all you want is something for the collection... get something nice.

The CZ with a set of nice wood grips would be very nice indeed...

How much is price a factor? And how much is the CZ selling for?

Because while I'd personally go for the CZ, I believe the stainless models sell for roughly double the price of the Canik.

Living in Oregon I'll probably never buy another gun since the new communist anti gun bill 941, but if I could I've always liked the looks of that CZ 75.

Well, another tactical tupperware piece isn't all that exciting and I personally don't like shiny guns, so, I guess I'm no help.

We don't know how lucky we are to have access to the CZ75B. Either stainless (mat or shiny) or the blued, or even the black coated ones. Whatever floats your boat. Everyone always wants to know what is going to be the gun you're going to say 20 years from now "WHY DIDN'T I BUY 1,000 OF THOSE WHEN THEY WERE $500?"

There will come a time that the CZ 75B polished or mat finished steel guns will be:

1. Banned;
2. Banned from import;
3. Sportorized with 8 round magazines, magazine limiters, and internal lock
4. Too expensive to produce anymore;
5. Sold to Taurus;
6. Parts outsourced to Afghanistan for final fitting and assembly

They are both absolutely hideous handguns--I think you should just buy them both and get them off the market. :)

We live in a paradise--it's wonderful to have so many choices.

I have an older, well used surplus CZ75 that's getting a new DuraCoat finish. If you don't have a CZ75, get one! It is one of the "must have" classic 9mm's.
