Which O rings to tighten up Hornady LNL bushings?

I've loaded probably about 10,000 rounds of .45acp through my LNL. The o rings are getting flattened out and sometimes the dies rotate to the point they release obviously causing problems.

I've heard of people using oversized o rings to tighten up the lnl bushings. Anyone have a part number or size they would recommend.

I believe its 22mm by 3mm. However phone Hornady and they will send you split shims to stop bushing movement. I found they work much better than the thicker o-rings I tried.

Put the LNL bushing in your pocket and go to a hardware store. Try different o-rings for size and ring thickness for fit. If you have trouble, ask a clerk. I really like my local Ace Hardware store...

In Jan of every year I call Hornady to order all the parts that break during the year. This year I needed 2 case feeder funnel fronts that I broke the tabs off.

Then I said while you are at it I need the part number for the O rings. That is when she said "you dialed it. How many do you need?" I told her that they were just dry rotted because I cleaned them with alcohol. She said "Once again how many do you need?" I told her 5 I got 10.

For the few issues I've had with any of the Hornady products I have they have never charged me for any parts or have replaced what couldn't be fixed with no grief.
